It's a candy treat - a lollipop shaped like a dickie. Press the button on the side and the LED inside flashes. Since the whole thing is clear plastic and clear candy - the effect is hilarious.
Get one for a bachelorette, or hand out as favors to all the ladies on your girls' night out. This also makes a funny stocking stuffer or grab-bag gift - sure to be a surprise hit with anyone who has a sense of humor (and a sweet tooth.)
